We review your premises and fire risk assessment to confirm the type, number and location of extinguishers you actually need.
Supply & commission
New units are commissioned on site, correctly mounted and signed, and added to your maintenance record.
Service annually
An engineer services every unit to BS 5306-3, labels it and records the visit — flagging anything due for replacement.
Replace when needed
When units reach end of life we quote like-for-like replacements plainly, without upselling equipment you don't need.
Serviced to BS 5306, recorded for your fire file
Portable extinguishers must be maintained by a competent person — normally annually. Our engineers service to BS 5306-3 and leave the labels and records that demonstrate it.

How often do extinguishers need servicing?
BS 5306-3 recommends a basic service every 12 months by a competent person, with extended services at intervals depending on the type of unit.
Can you service extinguishers supplied by someone else?
Yes. We service all common makes and will tell you honestly if a unit is uneconomical to keep.
How many extinguishers does my building need?
It depends on your layout and fire risk assessment. We'll survey and recommend the correct coverage — no more, no less.
